Notes Praise be to God, our beloved earthly jurist, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. After the disputed mule, the dhimmi, Banu Yazgha, and Al-Talib Al-Ghamari, the obedient Sharia ruled that the dhimmi should drop the value of the mule to a trustworthy person and take the mule to make proof on his right. The mule was directed with the bearer to implement the rulings of the obeyed Sharia and on love and peace. On 2 Safar in the year 1285, may God grant me high status.
