Notes Praise be to God, his martyrs, on the day of his history, stood before the eyes of the Sharif Sidi Muhammad bin Si Idris bin Ham Al-Khayati. His mouth was covered and he was placed in his home, confined to the bed. With a wave from the left forehead, the skin and other parts were cut, and his clothes were stained with blood. This is something that a rational person does not do to himself. It is often the case for him. He also wounded him with the left hand as well. He was asked about who did that to him, but he wondered, while he was of sound mind and complete understanding, that the one who did that to him was the Sharif Sidi Ahmed bin Sidi Al-Abbas, the lineage. He hit him with a knife that was In his hand, he was wounded by the wound connected on the face of premeditation and aggression that necessitated the rules, and that happened at a time between the afternoon and sunset, and he finds that from that he did not die, and if God decreed that he died before, then he is innocent of my master, one of the aforementioned, and he is the one who took his blood, and the one who benefited from it is the one who saw him in the described condition and heard from him what he mentioned, as mentioned, recorded his witnesses for that, and he was in the described condition, and he knew his fate, testified against him for what he mentioned, and Arafat on the seventeenth of Shaban Al-Abr, in the year seventy-eight and May 20. And a thousand praise be to God alone. The honorable Sidi Muhammad, the guarantor of Sidi Idris, the plaintiff mentioned above, bears witness to his two martyrs that he blessed the aforementioned Sharif Si Muhammad regarding his transfer to the aforementioned sanctuary, and since he praised the complete acquittal after which there is no consideration and no standing, whether long or short, his claim remains, and there is no help or argument in any way, based on what was mentioned about him, complete acquittal. God bless him and worship his Lord, Glory be to Him
