| Notes | Praise be to God, present with his martyrs Idris bin Al-Sayyid Al-Tahir Al-Makudi Al-Dabbagh Harfah and Sheikh Fatha Ibn Aqamr Al-Makudi from Bab Taza, the first as a representative for himself and the second as a representative for himself and for the rest of the Bani Makud. And after us, I bear witness that the first has absolved me from all claims and all of his followers, and I am proud that nothing before all of them was originally a trust, nor from his contact with him, nor anything else, with a complete acquittal that is not followed by a long or short filing, even if he files a lawsuit against them. I draw a decree that requires one of them to follow up with something they claim that he did not ask for work and he did not turn his attention to it. The second testified that he absolved him of himself and the rest of his tribe mentioned in the same way as the aforementioned absolution and that he was charged with what he might have done to him due to what was previously mentioned about his history.
