Praise be to God, the honorable named Sidi Al-Wafi bin Al-Hassani Al-Zaaimi claimed that Hadd bin Muhammad Al-Zauki deliberately crossed the line in their conversation in Al-Marqab, and presented some of it and added it in the land of Paradise, Sidi Al-Wafi, and Al-Zauki’s prison. Likewise, his two witnesses, accompanied by the aforementioned Sharif and the gray-haired sheikh, Omar bin Al-Hajj Idris Al-Matiwi, lied, and Sayy Abdullah bin Al-Mahdi Al-Aghzawi lied, and everyone was distressed. He could not find what was said. Muhammad, who was between Al-Ma’inah and the gargling of the stone, was gouged out and thrown into the land of the aforementioned Sharif, and that Al-Zauki increased in the land of Al-Sharif bin Zakri. So whoever sees what he mentioned, he recorded it as a witness to him who asked him on the twelfth of Shawwal Al-Basr in the year two hundred and seventy-eight, and the reins of the punishment are valid for him. Praise be to him. He received his two witnesses, may God protect them from him from the poorest of the poor, Ahmed Qaddour Rash Al-Rifi Al-Qur’an, Alal bin Muhammad Al-Masmoudi, and Mizyan bin Al-Bashir, lineage and antiquity, Omar bin Abdul Salam, lineage. Their testimony is their knowledge of the aforementioned Muhammad Al-Zawki, and with them they testify that he summoned him. As a representative of what becomes the loyal person above the one who was sentenced, the Idrisiya corner, from him he insulted in the courts the mentioned repentant in their confinement by saying, “May God curse” his report together, he received it completely, and recorded it on their behalf in the above date, a teacher who received it authentically.
