Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our Master and Maulana Muhammad and his family and servants of our Master, the President Al-Asaad, the Jurist, Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj, may God grant you success, peace be upon you, and God’s mercy upon you with the presence of our Master, may God support him and grant him victory. As for what follows, the prisoners whom we wrote to you about before must be released from Sharif Moulay Qasim Al-Wakili and Al-Jalani Bin Ali, and as for Hajj Omar Ibn Makhlouf, tomorrow he has a summons against them. He has an invitation for them, and I see, sir, I have not seen them asking them anything, and we are for love, honorable service, and peace.
