Notes Praise be to God alone, who has protected you with His blessings and blessed you with the beauty of His protection. Servant of the highest position, by God, the greatest Pasha, Si Idris Al-Sarraj. Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. For the best of our Lord, may God support him and grant him peace. Peace be upon you, the relative, Zayed Al-Alam, who is imprisoned, extends his peace to you and regards you with love and admiration. Today, my lord, I have presented to you nothing but the face of the Great, and I have presented to you the face of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. Do not look at my condition and consider only the face of the Great and Sublime God except once. Today, my lord, if you were sitting by our flower, and my invitation, oh my lord, you gave corruption to the mule, and the prestige of the son of Sahab, on whom I am a fifth. Gambling increased to the mule, and I beat him with his blow. Today, my lord, they did me a fifth and put me in prison for insulting them. They said, “Why should you hit a boy, not him?” They put me in prison, and they did a fifth for me while I was naked and wasting away with hunger the wall of his charity that they take, and during the day there was no charity saved, hunger and peace would remain.
