Notes The beginning of the manuscript: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful (...) This is the book of Abd al-Samad. He said I called it the arrival of wishing and what is intended in the management of souls and bodies. Praise be to God. The wise Sheikh Yusuf al-Iraqi said, “I have often traveled and sojourned in countries and searched for wisdom and we did not find it. I looked in many books on its art (...) and read it and found it at the beginning. Sheikh Abd al-Samad said, ‘O whoever reads this book of mine, you must do so and leave everything else and keep its secret, O people of understanding. And it is the secret of God, the Grantor, through the attainment of wish and desire in the management of souls and bodies.’” End of the manuscript: And the same amount of salt as all of them, crush them well, and keep them until the time of need, if you want (...) and repeat the work on them until the fever comes (...) and so on, be clever and understand, O you who have intelligence and discernment. Others. Font type: Moroccan
