Praise be to God Alone. Mubarak stole our needs, took some of them in his hand, and did what required cutting off his hand, so we love you, and God must bless you for ordering his arrest and putting him in prison and not releasing him unless you receive our letter declaring his release. May God preserve your glory and increase your meaning, Amen, and love and peace be upon you on the 23rd of Hajj al-Haram, completed in the year 1279 AH.
