And let your Excellency know that when I entrusted us to look over the confines of the weak and the needy, and I stood upon its quadrants of homes, irrigation zones, gardens, towns, and other things, I found them extremely beautiful. Loss, decay, and all the houses, plots, villages, and towns are all executed, and those who execute what some of them pay of what is already executed are rent bills, and they do not pay anything at all, and they dispose of it as the owner of his property or the owner of money disposes of his money, and that is due to their long stay, to the point that some of the prison homes have been sold out, as well as the prison farms. In the hands of some of the nobles, with nothing, according to the restriction imposed on your sovereignty, and great harm has occurred so far, as we have shown that, and its reconciliation has been impossible, so what is hoped for is your diligence, may God perpetuate its glory with the glory of our Lord the Imam, to finish the matter for the sake of his honorable lordship and work on what his keen vision requires. May God keep you safe and with care and care observed, Amen. Peace be upon the 17th of Shaaban in the year 1328 Abd Rabbuh Muhammad bin Haji bin Mansour. May God be kind to him
