Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our Master and Lord Muhammad and his family, Khadim Al-Ardi Pasha, Talib Al-Muqri, may God grant you success, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, and after that, when we looked at the letter issued by the President of the Español Republic to Monsieur Manuel Callan Bayachico Padilla, containing his nomination as consul of his country in Casablanca, we approved his appointment to this position at the request of our Minister of Foreign Affairs.
