Notes 50 riyals, praise be to God. The two best and decisive examiners, the authorized officer, Sidi Muhammad Al-Mufaddal, and the merchant, Mr. Hajj Ahmed Al-Sharat, testified that they had acquired from the person who represented the receiver, Sidi Muhammad bin Al-Sayyid Fadul Bennis, in the payment, and he is his brother, the dear Sayyid, all of Khamis, a riyal and the hassaniyah share of what he is in charge of taking possession of, the person acting for, his wounding, and a quarter of the custody, a complete possession, and the acquittal of the one who must be acquitted of the possessed person, they knew his worth, and he testified against them with completeness, custom, and erection. The two principals, on the 12th of Jumada al-Awwal in the year 1315
