| Notes | A judicial contract dated 15 Muharram 1350 AH / 1931 AD, regarding the division between the teacher Haj Muhammad bin Haj Muhammad Abbad and Ali Si Muhammad bin the late J Abd al-Karim, that there had been a division between them between their cousins in the house located in the Houmt al-Qalqalliyyin in Fez, and thus the case was submitted to the Sharia and the ruling was issued by a fatwa regarding the division and pre-emption in the aforementioned house. |
