Notes
Praise be to God, when the non-Muslim Yusuf bin Musha bin Aliyin al-Himr was a craftsman and obliged to sweep the olives in the last and continuous autumn season, and when he brought olives to the mudshar of Bani Ammar, he plundered all twenty-two ends of the qarariyah along with one pound of the free saga, and he claimed that the Bani Ammar had plundered him, so remember at the time mentioned, and he asked them to take an oath on that, so they brought him all twelve men from all of Bani Ammar, drawn by Abd al-Salam bin al-Arabi al-Tawari, al-Hajj Ahmed bin Hamid al-Zari’i, and Qasim. Bin Al-Arabi Al-Zari, Hammani Bin Qasim Al-Hajj Abdul Salam Al-Nasab, Ali Bin Ahmed Al-Nasab, Lieutenant Colonel Abdul Rahman Bin Suleiman Al-Bulaidi, Al-Tayeb Bin Omar Al-Zari, Sidi Muhammad Bin Al-Tayeb Al-Nasab, Al-Arabi Bin Qasim Al-Zarii, Idris Bin Abdul Rahman Al-Ghazwini, Sheikh Al-Arabi Bin Dahman Al-Mujawi, and Abdul Rahman Bin Al-Hajj Muhammad Al-Zarii. And after they were brought to present a gift and were satisfied with the oath, he refused to accept that whoever heard from them what was mentioned and testified against them. And in its entirety, knowing its value and all of it, along with the description of what he knew, connected to its lineage, it was recorded on the seventeenth of Ramadan in the year two hundred and eighty-one, and God is the Truth, and He denounced its authenticity.
