Notes	Praise be to God for His praise, and prayers and peace be upon our master and master Muhammad, his Prophet and servant, and upon his family and companions in charge of matters of religion after him, and it all came to an end for him, and after the marriage was concluded, by God’s will and power, and they bore witness to it and from him. Between the young earthly saint, Sidi Muhammad bin the late Sayyed Abdullah Al-Aghzawi Al-Qasimi, and the blessed barnousi teacher, Sayyid Al-Murtada Al-Shawi Al-Najjar, Mariya, the first contracted on himself, and the second on his right hand was the hidden pearl. It is a precious coincidence that Lady Fatima, the Virgin Mary, may God bless him, is a handsome young man. The causes of good deeds and pleasures are in the custody of her aforementioned father, and under our supervision, a blessed dowry amounting to two thousand francs in francs and a white silk robe. Her aforementioned father received, from the representative of the aforementioned husband, all the described dowry, inspected and released him from that, and under his innocence therein, except for fifty francs, which the husband is still obligated to pay to his wife as long as she demands of him the honor that he must marry according to the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and safety. And what was mentioned in the ruling of the Qur’an and His Almighty’s saying: “He corrupted with kindness or let go with kindness.” Her aforementioned father married her to her with what God possessed and made him obligated to her. He made the contract with her and the beautiful look in his hand, and the husband accepted it with complete acceptance and satisfaction and bound himself to it. Also, God entrusts her to her between them and makes each of them successful for what He loves and pleases Him according to a custom that He has destined for them in its completion and custom in the middle of Rabi’ al-Thani in the year one thousand three hundred and fifty.
