Praise be to God, our lover and servant of our earthly master and leader, Mr. Muhammad Ibn Talib. May the peace, mercy, and blessings of God Almighty be upon you. So, when there was no agreement between them and Ayat Ali, our master, may God grant him victory, appointed one of them named Saeed and Omar and appointed him over them when he heard of his help and fruit. The father-in-law and Ali al-Uthmani remained over Ayat Hilli, Ali, and Hajj Ali al-Gharabah, and our master, may God grant him victory, ordered that they direct them to you, and I am the agent of Ayat Masoud and Ali and the agent of the strangers on Ali, Hajj, and Khalifa. Ham and Ali Al-Uthmani, because they are barbarians, you have the right to speak with them and know their laws by which they respond to you, so bring them the messengers so that they can bear witness to them that each one is preserving his country from such and such to such and such. Each one appoints the ransom of his country and its end, and each one of them is obligated to protect whatever was lost in his country, so he fulfills it, and the slaves write it down on them, so that each one of them will go to his place, and peace be upon him on the 15th of Jumada al-Awwal in the year 1274. We know that where the master is, here is to talking to them. His grievances are only separate, and nothing remains between them that constitutes Muhammad Al-Saffar, may God grant him success
