One riyal for 40, praise be to God. The two earthly student overseers at the time testified that they possessed from the hand of the one who represented the holder, Mr. Al-Ghali Ibn Zakri, who is Mr. Al-Arabi Al-Tazi, all forty riyals of what the representative takes over from some of the beneficiaries of the confiscations of Al-Qarawiyyin, which is indicated by his graduation as a complete and visible possession, and he was acquitted of their mentioned possessor. They knew its value, which he testified against them in its entirety, and the overseers knew and their appointment was known as the representative on the fourth day of the year four.
