Notes
Praise be to God, after the student, Sidi Muhammad bin Bouazza Al-Shatouki, Al-Shidmi, an Arab for brown, girls’ freedom, a black, straight-nosed, black-eyed, thin eyebrows at the top of his nose, a pure wound, regular teeth, a quarter of a length on Sidi Ahmed bin Sidi Muhammad Al-Qalai, claimed that a grey-coloured donkey with all the teeth was stolen from him, and the defendant denied that, and the plaintiff did not have an argument, and the oath to God Almighty was satisfied with him in the dish of the mentioned denial. It was agreed between them that the defendant raise the aforementioned claim five times. Ten mithqals of sukka in settlement for the oath directed against him. The plaintiff admitted that he had received it from him and released him from it and from the oath. The aforementioned lawsuit is for a complete, comprehensive, absolute, general, and conclusive release. Perhaps a dispute and quarrel has been long or short. He knew its value and attested to it in full and Arabism with sufficient recognition. He trusted it on the eighth of Jumada al-Thani in the year ninety-eight with one hundred and two million and a thousand servants of his Lord, Glory be to Him.
