Notes: The Al-Hafiziyah Press was referred to in the editor’s following statement in his appendix: “Since this author came into existence, he has been mentioned in the valleys and valleys, except that he was dearer than red sulphur, and hardly a trace of him could be stopped except after suffering the greatest fatigue, until he was covered with a suit of character and highlighted in the utmost beauty and status by our greatest sultan... the scholar of the sultans, the ruler of the scholars, the honorable of the scholars, and the world of the honorable... the Sultan, Maulana Abdul Hafeez... And the entirety of this printing was in this beautiful form... the fifth of Dhul-Hijjah Al-Haram in the year one thousand three hundred and twenty-seven...” and on this evidence was based by the scholar Al-Manuni (Mazhar Iqaa’ al-Maghrib al-Hadith, vol. 1, p. 292), and from it the name of the printing press was taken. |
