Praise be to God, our beloved earthly jurist and leader, Mr. Idris al-Sarraj. May the peace and mercy of God be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God support him and grant him victory. We have received your card, accompanied by the two soldiers who were arrested by the Hajj’s children, and the Hajj’s children were also present, and the complaining Hamani, whom they interrupted. We absorbed everyone’s words, looked at the drawing that you directed, and brought the court to testify against everyone regarding his article. We sent the soldiers to prison, and today’s evening, you will see the honorable knowledge of that. And with love and peace, on the 27th of Rajab in the year 1283 Muhammad Al-Saffar, may God grant him success.
