Praise be to God, when it was reported that Mawlana Al-Mu’tazz Billah ordered that the goods received from Hazrat Fez be matched with the tithe card that came with the goods from the Al-Najjarin Hotel, and Al-Zayed’s possession of the Muslim treasury, may God bless him, at the hands of the two trustees, J. Muhammad Al-Arabi, the two sons of Al-Fassi and Sayyed Abd al-Rahman Bannouna of lineage, and that this should be in the presence of the justices, so that Al-Ashhab called everyone, and the two trustees needed half for that, and two justices broke what was mentioned, and to meet it, the consideration of the two trustees required that we appoint two justices, therefore, with And we set for everyone a fee of five oqs for the large load and half of it for the small load. This is taken from the masters of the goods and divided among those mentioned in thirds among them. Then the masters of the goods complained about paying the aforementioned fee and refused to pay it to whomever was mentioned. This leads to delaying the bringing of the notaries to meet the goods and the presence of the notaries. Therefore, it is a necessary matter that cannot be left out at night lest there be a denial in the interview and to know the excess from others, and this is what is in the knowledge of his two martyrs, so whoever knew that based on the aforementioned story.
