Praise be to God, Mr. Muhammad ibn al-Makki al-Shuqayr, the plaintiff who lives in Bani Shahid, Bayt and Khadid, in the Malwiyah Valley, appeared before his witnesses, mentioning the Izz Raba’a connected to the black Durubi, and he mentioned that he had for the bearers of two caftans, a file of Khabouris, of which there was a silk mata and a linen Izur, six of them, two were pharaohs, two were merchants, the rest were ninths of Markan, and the rest were ninths of Markan, and twelve linen straws, including three small ones, and a small linen selham, and a copper and sattala. And two large iron measuring cups, three cannons, and between it were silk, two silk braids, and a file. In the company of the student were Saeed bin Al-Bashir, teachers from Ait and Qadir, and Al-Talib, of high lineage, sixty-six polishes for tanned narbla sandals, fifteen in a new language, Ibrahim and Satta, and fifteen wives of Rawahi, an intermediary between them alike, and no animal. Rather, it was a male lamb with his mentioned companions in attendance, and he was mentioned among those who knew his worth and testified to him that he was recognized by Hadi Rajab Al-Fard.
