Praise be to God Yes, sir, may God bless you. The secretary and writer, Mr. Al-Nafdl Al-Sarraj, mentioned that he took his oath and from his neighbors in the country of Naja, Hajj Abdul Salam bin Zakri, had a dispute over its borders, with the borders being fixed and Muslim by law. The disputer complained to the caliph, Sidi Idris bin Al-Wafi Majkum, about the masters of knowledge going out to check on its borders, so he went out with them, just as the aforementioned plaintiff went out with one of his protection relatives and the companions of the Qunsawa, and they forced him to do so. They submit to the standard path, so he left them and returned complaining at the honorable gates, with drawings in his hand on the borders of the country and handing over the aforementioned Ibn Zakari to them, requesting that the case be brought before the Sharia and a ruling on it according to the fees, the article, and the answer, and if the situation required them to stop at the borders, the owner of the Qunsu would be arrested as we did not inform him of his departure, and if he was and his presence was necessary, he would ask for the millmaster to stand up for him so that he would not be harmed by the owner of the Qunsu, and our Lord has good vision.
