Praise be to God, Al-Sayyid Al-Mufaddal, son of Al-Sayyid Idris Al-Qabbaj Al-Hayek, rented a piece of land in his memory from Al-Makri, the eminent and learned jurist, Sidi Muhammad bin the late jurist, Sidi Abdel Salam Al-Suthi, the entire house located in Houmt Al-Ayoun, adjacent to the house of Hajj Ahmed Al-Hazzaz, on both sides, for a period of one year, coming from the first month of its history, with a pocket amounted to thirteen mithqals in each month of the aforementioned year, thirteen mithqals of dirhams of its history, and the aforementioned mikri gave one hundred mithqals to the aforementioned Mikri. And twenty-two mithqals of dirhams of his history, which he received from him, by his confession, to deduct them from the beginning of the period until its expiration, and he pays it after that, and his pocket, every other month, and he accepted and was satisfied with the custom of his value, attested to it in its entirety, and recognized by it Adi Al-Makri, without the ta’, his second custom, with the description of the Maktari with a ta’, a fourth with a closed horn, which he associated with an open, continuous black. Al-Muktari transferred it and for the rest of the period he transferred it to the student Al-Sayyid Al-Abbas Ibn Al-Sayyid Al-Madad Al-Fariwi in the amount of two months after the success of the month of his history and he received from the aforementioned master twenty-nine mithqals, the return of the twentieth, in full, in acknowledgment and disavowal of that, in the presence of God and before that and with the satisfaction of his custom of his value, which he testified against them in full and made known to them on the twentieth of Rabi’ al-Thani in the year three hundred and three thousand Abd Rabbuh.
