Notes Praise be to God, the earthly Secretary, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj, may God grant you success and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you in the presence of our master, may God support him. After he paid fodder to the slaves coming from the olive broom, he paid them their aloes until this month is completed. Peace be upon you on the 23rd of Rabi’ al-Awwal in the year 1261. The truth from and blissful to whom you pay for oud was supported by Muhammad, may God be pleased with him.
