Notes	Rabat November 28, 1947 Director of the Interior To the President of the Casablanca District I have the honor to send to you herewith a map showing briefly the plot of land that can be allocated to His Excellency the Pasha of Casablanca, as well as the spot where his residence will be built. As for the enclosure of the spot, His Excellency the Pasha of Casablanca will be subject to the system that will enter this neighborhood. On the other hand, the building itself must follow all the laws of the party and sewers of Blida Bevern, which require regulations. Engineering, and please ask His Excellency the Pasha of Casablanca if he approves of the piece so that Blida can do what is necessary to allocate it to him for his signature....
