Notes
Praise be to God alone, our master, and instead of our father, the most glorious jurist, the most happiest, the most honorable, the most honorable, the diligent one, Sir Idris al-Sarraj. May God protect you and take care of you, and may God’s peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you in the presence of our master, may God grant him victory. And in it, your knowledge of the issue of olive yields, our leader. The group agreed on the limit of its order to be reversed, otherwise the heresy will not be absent. And any heresy that you approve of in the warehouse will be completed with terror and imprisonment, and they assigned us to judge that to the Hajj clerk Qasim, and lo and behold, people They set out in the forest with things other than what the group had gone to, and accordingly, here we allowed them, and Mr. Ali bin Abdullah presented them with the intention of sedition. We love from God and from our master, with the arrival of this letter of ours to you, two of the Makhzaniyya addressed to us the prisoners who started in the forest without a place, and the group tightened the burden on their belongings. May God bless you and preserve for us your honor and true love and peace. Sidi Idris Lasraj passed away, and on the 21st of Qa’dah al-Haram in the year 1287. Sheikh Hadd bin Al-Hajj Abdul Qadir Al-Rafas Al-Amiri, may God be with him
