Notes Praise be to God alone, may God preserve the position of our master and the honor of his position, honor his cause, perpetuate the victory through him, and give us pleasure throughout his life. Al-Bashi Si Idris Al-Sarraj, may God’s peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you for the good of our master, may God grant him victory. And then, may your knowledge be generous, may God teach you well. The invitation that your companion responded to regarding the matter of the prisoners. You were absent in the Tekna tribe, and I informed you of them, our late brother, and when you came, I informed someone he trusts that the man who is wounded here is in bed. He spoke to the plaintiff kindly, but he did not accept anything from him except a politeness, and he increased his words, so he and his brothers beat him, then the raiders rose up in the mudshar and separated. When I came from the tent, I found your friend and went to Sheikh Al-Tuhami and said, “Arrest your brothers, and I am the same.” Then he set up someone who would carry out the strife at night, and his brothers would be arrested in the presence of your two companions. As for the testimony of Sharif Al-Rubaie, it is the purpose of God knows best, and the last strife was only made as mentioned, and it became (amputation) of the four, but it was considered (Amputation) Fas then they attacked him on the road and arrested him without reason. This is how he acts and says we are the blamers, and God knows the condition of the oppressor, and I must obey your command. Peace be upon you. 3 Safar Al-Khair in the year 1288, your successor Al-Arabi bin Al-Hajj Abd Al-Sikharti.
