Notes Praise be to God alone.                            May God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad and the family of our most glorious lover and the servant of our most happiest and earthly master, Mr. Idris al-Sarraj. Peace and mercy of God be upon you, for the goodness of our master. May God support him and grant him victory. What we have written about has arrived with the intention of what we are about to do with the seventy mithqals. We will receive fifty mithqals of camels and we will house all of them as masters of the livestock. We have moved from our place to a more sanitary crib than the house we were in. And nothing prevented us from traveling except waiting for the aforementioned animals. Above and as for the rain, we do not have to. May God reward you for compliance and hastening, and from tomorrow, God willing, we will depart and greet the two jurists who write, and pray to God for safety, love, and peace for us. And from its completion, I inform you that Commander Faraji sent me Al-Hamzawi’s letter to him and mentioned to him that I had communicated with him about the sale of slaves, so thanks to you, I will return it in writing so that it will be with us. May God bless you and peace, the Great Ramadan 26, 1278 AH. Muhammad Al-Madani Bennis, may God be pleased with him. I have taken twenty mithqals for the camels. I allowed him to pay them to our friend. He mentioned that he has become the owner of his camels. If it appears to you to give him the rent of his camels on the day he traveled with us, then your vision will be broader and the book of the jurist will be reached with the fold of your book. May God bless you.
