May the peace and mercy of God be upon you for the goodness of our master, may God grant him victory. And after that, the bearer, the leader of the Bani Walid tribe, Mr. Abd al-Rahman (Bitr), mentioned that at the Gate of Bab al-Futuh they seized from him two riyals for loads of fruit that he (Bitr) brought, and accordingly, he ordered them to return them to him, with love and peace, on the 25th.
