Praise be to God, the only jurist, the only scholar, the most eminent, the most honorable, the vizier of our Lord, the Most Righteous Caliph, my Master Hajj Al-Mukhtar. May the peace and mercy of God be upon you, for the best of our Lord, may God grant him victory. And thanks to you, accept from us what we directed to your sovereignty of new ghee. Blessing of the year. And on love and peace on the 5th of Shaban, 1315 A.H. Al-Mufaddal bin Idris Al-Sarraj, may God be kind to him. Praise be to God and upon you, the purest peace be upon you, for the best of our master the Imam. And after we have received what you directed to us above, may God reward you.
