The jurist who calculated the term, Mr. Al-Mufaddal Al-Sarraj, issued this as a card to the observers at the time, on behalf of himself and his partner, Al-Sharaat, for his absence according to the honorable order, 2 Rabi’ al-Awwal 1317. |
