Praise be to God alone And may God’s blessings and peace be upon our Master and Lord Muhammad and his family and companions, our earthly servant Commander Abd al-Rahman bin Abd al-Sadiq al-Rifi, may God grant you success, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, and after the arrival of your letter, the company of those whom you have bestowed upon our exalted and exalted presence from the notables of your household, representing you in (Bitr) on this blessed holiday in which the gates of His happiness were opened and the joys of His right side shone. The crescent moon and the moons have arrived and witnessed the glorious spectacle. They have taken advantage of the blessings of the gathering of Islam and Muslims, which is the provider of all goodness. They have seen the lights of goodness that are filled in the halls of the prayer hall. He has succeeded. Whoever purifies himself and mentions the name of his Lord, he prays. They inhaled the winds of Yemen and victory as long as they failed. Banners and banners won the privilege of viewing and witnessing. Then they carried out the duty of representing you in congratulating them and performing what carried them together, and they turned, winning acceptance from our honorable side. They received from our righteous supplication the utmost hope and supplication, may God make you well and you be well and be pleased with you and them and replace you with successors. Peace be upon you on the 16th of Shawwal Al-Abrak in the year 1309.
