Notes The beginning of the manuscript: This is a letter from (...) the ruler of Egypt, addressing it to his son (...) and the reason for the appearance of this copy and its emergence into existence was when (...) Hajj Abd al-Salam al-Muslihi al-Rajraji al-Shadmi (...) met with Sheikh (...) Abu al-Abbas Sidi Ahmad al-Ghumari in Egypt for his visit to Hajj in the year 1163, and he took this blessed letter from him (...) and called it the great work of the utmost elixir. Praise be to God. I know that this industry is not from a fixed person who does not have a pilot, nor from a pilot who does not have a fixed pilot, nor from a female without a male. End of the manuscript: So pour 1800 mithqals of it, and if it melts, throw one mithqal of the elixir on it, and it will come out pure gold, God willing. The way to the elixir has been completed, thanks to God and His good help (...) and praise be to God, Lord of the worlds. Font type: Moroccan
