Notes	Praise be to God alone His Excellency the Grand Superintendent, as is customary, on such an auspicious day, the opening day of the New Year, I present to Your Excellency now in this prosperous gathering to express to you my special congratulations and the congratulations of all who came to represent before you the inhabitants of this prosperous city in your honor to preside over this new year of modern civilization, with the work of its men becoming more productive and the movement of its progress being more active. The great French statesmen, to which there is no doubt the credit for the abundant fortune that this happy country enjoys in terms of luxury and comfortable living, and for this reason, in such a country and its provinces, the great deeds that have been accomplished in it go to the custody of its great representative, His Excellency the Resident Minister, and his elite of competent men, of whom you are at the forefront. To all of you, I am honored to extend our highest congratulations accompanied by the appropriate wishes, and at a time when we receive with precious optimism the beginning of our New Year and our great hopes for it. We remember the good deeds that departed from us, and we forget the bad deeds that are inherent in that, since goodness and badness are bound together, and great hope in cosmetics. In turning a blind eye to what has passed, we owe in this white city. I wish our departed people had white hands, for it has appeared in it to the eye that does not need to explain the actions that your reformist effort has produced, the benefits of which have returned to the successful movement with activity and have reduced the prolongation of the crisis affecting the world. In all, he did not see anything similar to the clamor of complaint taking place in the regions of our religion in our blessed city. Rather, it is still proceeding in its usual way of progressing without stopping or stopping according to the people who are walking through it. I hope you reach the second high-ranking hostel of the city at this time. I see, Your Excellency the Grand Superintendent, that the abundance in this field is not above the level of excellence and elegance assigned to it, so I am limited to this level and seize the opportunity to reiterate my beautiful thanks to Your Excellency for your continuous endeavor. For the benefit of the region under your care, I also extend my sincere thanks and offer my warmest congratulations to the competent and capable men of your company, as well as to the honorable superintendent, Monsieur Courtan, head of municipal works, for whom all praise is poured in for all the praiseworthy influence in this white city produced by his vigilance in adorning it with the garments of civilization and displaying the appearance of grandeur and sophistication befitting the reputation of the Fourth French Republic, a shelter in which he is fully praised for what he has achieved. Please, and full of confidence, please kindly extend your sincere congratulations, auspiciousness, and best wishes to His Excellency the Resident Minister General and to the white-handed, generous and benevolent Madame Sanne, who made it necessary to care for the Moroccan cities and acknowledge the greatness of those who have been afflicted by rodents for the necessary needs and supplications to God Almighty, to make it a year sufficient to realize hopes and produce all other negligence, and to facilitate for the statesmen the ways they are seeking to complete. Luxury has provided the abundance of civilization, so that one can enjoy its lush shade, both private and public, with the presence of our Lord the Imam.
