Praise be to God alone. May God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family, and his companions, the earthly pasha, the best, the noble, the most honorable, the commander, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj. May God exalt your station with glory and adorn your verses with good deeds. Peace be upon your place and may God’s mercy be upon the best of our master, may God grant him victory. And after that, the servant named Balkhair is described as Al-Qasuriyya and Al-Safuriyyah, and among him are the merchants who told his repentant to turn here, and you commanded us to make the forecasts, capture, and direction upon him. To us, know, may God protect you, that we searched in this area for the aforementioned description, and we did not find a description that mimics those descriptions, but rather descriptions other than this adjective that connects you with your help, and this is what must be done.
