Notes Praise be to God alone                    And may God’s blessings and peace be upon the most honorable of His creation, our master Muhammad, his family, and his companions, our master the jurist, the only good and honest Pasha, my master Idris Al-Sarraj. May God grant you success, and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the best of our master, whom God has named and given him victory. And after his carrier, Hajj Ihsayn, who had responded to you complaining about a woman of his who prevented him from entering the house of Qutb’s confidant, Maulana Idris, you wrote to us about him and commanded us to We will clarify the truth of his claim. When your letter was received with what is being considered, I came to the council of the jurist, Sir Amr Ibn al-Tabbaa, and my master, your letter is what I wrote, and when he read it and learned what was in it, he answered me that Hajj Ihsayn does not owe his wife anything, neither dowry nor anything else, and her abstaining from him because of her staying in the house of servants is a deviation from the point of view of Sharia law. This is what he answered, and you told us that I have now abstained from your command, and from him, your letter came to us in the matter of his arrogance, and that you have been informed that some People in the zawiya began to engage in selling and buying it. The truth is that we have never known anyone regarding what you have heard, and God is a Witness. Whoever was using it is still like that, except that we do not know where he brings it from other than the zawiya. Also, his use of it is not in advertising, but inside places. This is what your Excellency must be informed of, and on love and peace, 19 Shaban 1282, your successor, Hajj Hadd bin Al-Ayyashi.
