Praise be to God, our lover and servant of our most honorable master, the most successful and earthly pasha, Mr. Muhammad ibn Talib. Peace be upon your lordship and may God grant him victory. Our honorable masters have asked us to rule by approving who will be directed from among the quarries bequeathed to them, because they are in the rule of the unseen, and ruling on the absent is entrusted to the judges. This was originally appointed for the side of the will, and the merchants and teachers appointed for that attested to it with great strength and happiness on their side. Then the jurists passed by. In attendance at the end of our day at Abu Ali’s house, they are the jurist Mr. Ahmed Al-Marnissi, the jurist Mr. Hajj Muhammad Al-Filali, the jurist Sidi Muhammad Al-Miknassi, the jurist Mr. Hajj Omar Ibn Souda, and those who witnessed the justification, which is Al-Zarwali and Sidi Rashid Al-Iraqi, and this is one of the reasons for the delay in informing the honorable knowledge of the matter of the case, and for your sincere affection and love, and peace be upon Al-Hawari.
