Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings be upon our master and lord Muhammad and his family and companions, our master the jurist and honorable Pasha, Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj. May God grant you success and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you for the goodness of our lord, his support. Eid Mubarak Masoud. May God bestow it upon you with increased honor and care. This was when we received your letter regarding the command of the obligatory duty and you commanded us in it to limit the number of fifty mithqalahs prescribed in compliance with the obligatory command. God called it, it was imposed on the people of the shop, and none of them had anything to do with it except the uqiyah and the six faces. However, they did not agree to give that when they heard that our Lord ordered them to abandon the obligatory duty and waive it from them, and I received nothing from them except a cost, so God willing, and you will receive four riyals from me and you ask that you accept. By God, our situation is very weak, and if we were sufficient, we would not have directed this to you only, but more. But we love you, sir, if you excuse the situation and time, and for your love, sir, and complete service and peace. 01 Rabi’ Al-Nabawi 1282 Your successor, Hajj Hadd bin Al-Ayyashi, and from him, we directed the imprisoned Al-Mousawi Al-Sharif, the company of your friend mentioned in his case, with him our friend, sponsored and successful, and peace be upon him, the Hajj Hadd was valid. As for Hajj Muhammad Al-Hasmi, we went with him to Dar Al-Zawiya, with two justices, and I brought his wife, so we asked her to go out to go with him in safety. We asked her to come out to do the law with him, but she refused, but to divorce her from him. Going out is to go out with him forever, and God knows best, Caliph Hajj Hadd was correct
