Praise be to God, may God bless the morning of the earthly brother, the trustworthy Al-Ahda, Sir Muhammad Al-Tazi, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, on the authority of Khair Al-Muayyad Billah, and after Faisal accompanied him, what was written to the earthly secretary, may God protect him, regarding the two honorable brothers, Sir Boubacar and Sir Omar, so read it, so that we may face the hour, with God’s will, for what is in it is better and more generous than what we had separated upon before, and its stipulation is that we have no knowledge of what came before it, and if the honorable conscience comes out, it will not come out except by exploitation, and with love and peace. Your favorite brother, Ibn Idris Al-Sarraj, may God be gracious to him. May the end of the life be completed, the dearest and most honorable jurist. But he has yet to understand what you mentioned, and he is exactly right, and he has achieved it. I ask God, Glory be to Him, to grant you all your desires and conditions, and peace.
