Praise be to God, our master, the jurist, the pasha, my master Idris al-Sarraj, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. After your letter, dear sir, we received your letter in accordance with it regarding the matter of Isriya, in a search ordering us to tell you the truth of the matter, with the testimony of two just people. Know, sir, that the enclosed drawing supports you, and that one has no increase or decrease, and your victory has expanded, and may service and peace be upon you. On the 28th of the second quarter of the year 1288, your successor, Ali al-Mazkiti, is the storehouse of al-Makhzani.
