Praise be to God alone And may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad, the family of our love, and our servant, the leader, Mr. Abd al-Rahman al-Zalal. May peace and God’s mercy be upon you, for the best of our Lord, may God grant him victory. And I know of it the news that when you came to Hazrat Fez, the way of eternity came to the tribe and Said, and we endeavored to rebuke the people of stubbornness and corruption, and you see that they are all accompanied by barbarism and insanity in their minds, their desires are many, and their circumstances are narrow. You must be diligent and strive to fulfill the purpose of the pasha, so that your support and our support will be strengthened, and the water will rise to its course, and each one will take his way from the poor and others, and the bearer of it is sufficient news whatever happens. So you must treat the companions of the pasha, and our master, may God grant him victory from every side, along with the letter of the pasha, on the authority of our master, may God grant him victory for all the tribe. If they stand in the path of hard work with what you send to them, and rebuke the people of corruption, then that is it, and they are not aware of the spread of corruption, and what is hidden from you, what you do there, and so it will be. Teach you and do not deprive anyone, for the power of God and the power of our master is this God and the people know best and force the rich and demolish and the covenant, love and peace in the twenty forbidden sittings in the year 1270 about your loved ones, do not hide their condition from every fifth, may God protect you
