Praise be to God alone, our eminent master and jurist, Sir Idris al-Sarraj. May the peace, mercy, and blessings of God Almighty be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. After we have reached the letter of the Commander Faraji, at that time, and with the order of your letter regarding the laying off of the fry, we have heard and obeyed, this morning, by God’s will, and this is a note, we write to all chapters, and with love and peace, on the 14th day of Jumada al-Ula in the year 1279, Al-Tayeb bin Al-Arabi bin Kiran, may God grant him success.
