Praise be to God alone, our beloved, the most beloved, the jurist, the most honorable leader, the leader, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God support him and grant him victory. Then the leader Al-Omari Al-Sharadi came with a drawing of the blood of a man from his brothers in the year of eleven men from Bani Ammar. He stated that he wrote to you and directed to you the mentioned drawing to show up and arrest the perpetrators. You did so and then released them without any further explanation. He must tell us the truth. Peace be upon him in the middle of Hajj 1279 Muhammad Gharit, may God be kind to him.
