Praise be to God, who was the superintendent of Al-Qarawiyyin and all the mosques and schools at that time. The two most righteous and guarantor students were Abdullah Ahmad Al-Sharat. May God be gracious to him. May God grant them their salvation. Between their affairs, the poor Abdul Salam bin Abdullah Al-Hayyani took all the duty of imprisonment from all the house located on the road to Wadi Abboud near the Al-Andalus Mosque next to the waterwheel. There is a sum of seventeen common weights in it for a period of one year, coming from the end of the month of its history, with his sum of five for the aforementioned tax duty. And twenty mithqals, provided that he advances his pocket for the last three months, of which he brings three riyals, and completes the rest for God. He supports it by coming, and from that every last month leads to the completion of the period, and he turned and was satisfied. They knew his value, and he testified to them in full and according to the custom of two observers and their erection, and he was known as the Muktari on the twentieth of Rabi’ al-Thani in the year fifteen hundred and three hundred. By God, from him there is also perfection and he loved him the last three months, and the two observers obtained the sum of that in person and absolved him of his duty for the three months. Hereafter, and that he pays the rent of the remaining free property to the holder, Mr. Abd al-Khaliq al-Shami, it was declared valid, and on the morrow of his date, praise be to God, the debtor of the duty from the land of the land was present in his possession, and I bear witness, in fact, the future student, Mr. Abd al-Khaliq ibn al-Faqih, the late Mr. Muhammad Fatha al-Shami al-Khazraji, and I bear witness that he received from those looking around him with his pocket for the last three months of the aforementioned amount, and he estimated that he had received seventy-five mithqals in that, in one unit, a complete confession, and he who must be acquitted of this must be acquitted. Its full value was attested to him with its fullness and custom, and on the fifth of Rajab, the forbidden individual, fifteen, three hundred and one thousand, God made it right, praise be to Him around it, it was complete, it was made right by the servant of his Lord.
