Praise be to God alone, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our Master and Master Muhammad, his family, our dearest earthly lover, and the servant of our Master Al-Murtada, the leader, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj. May God help you, peace be upon you, and God’s mercy be upon you for the goodness of our master, may God grant him victory. And after that, the brave people have no guards in the country in which they are, and they placed their crops in the watering hole here, and when they wanted it to leave now for their supplies, those standing at the door prevented them and claimed that you gave them permission to do so, so we love you. You speak to them and they release their crops and what they are obligated to pay like people. May God help you and love and peace. On the 4th of Ramadan, the year 1279, the father of Muhammad was born, may God be kind to him. Praise be to God and upon you, the most pure peace and mercy of God on behalf of the best of our Lord, may God support him. And after that, the Muhtasib wrote to us noting the cost of love and his decrease until the price of a mudd of wheat reached more than twenty-seven ounces and the price of a mudd of barley was nine ounces and requested that he not leave the country. Because of the kindness in that to its people, we responded to it for that reason, because if a country increases its population, it is harmed by those who overpower them. That is why we educated him so that God may have mercy on his country and his servants, and on love and peace in haste in history above. Idris, may God protect him. Praise be to God alone, and upon our dearest earthly lover, the purest greetings for the continued goodness and happiness of our Lord the Imam. After that, there is no harm in this law that you and the Muhtasib have made, and that is exactly the right thing, God willing, except that These people, whom we wrote to you about, did not buy this crop from the market and wanted it out. Rather, their crop that they had stored during the summer season, they put it here in Kasbah Al-Nawar with the people who live there in order to preserve and trust it. They were obliged to rent it, and today they wanted it to go out for their supplies, and here they are responding to you so that you can hear from them verbally. And even if it appears to you, direct one of your companions with them to look at the place it is in and take it out in his presence. There is nothing wrong with that, and love and peace in history.
