Praise be to God alone, our beloved and most uplifting jurist on earth, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. After all, the four Jews came from Safar, shopping for this city, and in their hands were two hundred pounds, all of which were qariyat. They mentioned that the trustees had taken possession of them from them, and they complained to our Lord, the Caliph, may God protect him, about what happened to them, who took what was theirs. So tell us the reason for that, and with love and peace, and on the 27th of Hajj al-Haram in the year 1284. The runner-up of the highest position, in God’s name, is my relief
