Praise be to God, the faithful student, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj. May God’s peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you. On the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. After arranging for the Hanafi, the son of Abu Muhammad al-Sib’i, who came from Tafilalt, for the presence of our master, half a mudd of barley for fodder for his animals until he sets out. Peace be upon him, on the 12th of Jumada al-Ula in the year 1257. Muhammad bin Idris, may God be kind to him.
