Notes Praise be to God alone                   and may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad, his family, and his companions, our master the jurist, the Pasha, Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj, may God grant you success, and may God’s peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God support him. And after that, before the fall of the purchase of a floating kantar from the Idrisiya corner, a mountainous man from Bani Zarwal came to the corner with a load of taba in his hand, with the intention of selling it, and when he reached the corner, he heard that the taba was quarry, so he went to do so. To Madasher Sidi Ali bin Hamdush, he sold it to the holder’s son-in-law. Then the owner of the canterade heard this and followed him to the place where he sold it. He did not find either the seller or the buyer until he entered into the case of the holder by charging him with the price of the piece of cake he sold. Then this went on until the holder paid the owner of the canterade the price of a piece of his own money on behalf of his brother-in-law, since the owner of the canterade did not abandon the calamity until Al-Jabali got it and imprisoned him and did not release him until he recovered the price of what he sold to the buyer. The assumption is that The buyer had lost in this and could not find anything to give to the owner of Tabah, so he fled and entered the command of the army. In Salfa, a man from the people of Zawiya went to Banu Zarwal to spend the war, and the owner of the load from Tabah of the aforementioned load won him his case, dismissing him from Atat, accepting that he had taken for that what the owner of the barn had taken for him as subsistence. When he arrived at Zawiya, his father came and summoned this bearer to your council, demanding that he pay what he had taken to his son in Banu Zarwal, as it was included in the price of Tabah and he paid it to the owner. Al-Kantara, so she agreed with his claim to find out what happened. As for the aforementioned pregnant plaintiff, he is innocent. He is not responsible. Rather, what he paid for his son-in-law remains with his son-in-law until now. And who have we told you? And with love and peace, 6 Rabi’ 1 1282                                 your successor, Hajj Hadd bin Al-Ayyashi
