Notes Praise be to God, in the place of the father, the future president, Mr. Al-Tayeb Al-Bayaz. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you. After our Lord, may God grant him victory and supported him, gave permission to the Secretary, Mr. Allal Al-Shami, to pay thirty-six wasqs of tithe wheat to the two Rahwayn at the price in exchange for Ramadan bread and Al-Makhzaniyah flour.
