Praise be to God, the student, Mr. Abdullah bin Al-Faqih Al-Sayyid Muhammad Al-Ashkham, Muhammad bin Ahmed Al-Rifi Al-Marazi, and Qasim bin Saada, claimed that for the rest of the people staying in Zakat, they ate their crops, harvested them at night, and spoiled them. The aforementioned plaintiffs appeared, and among the defendants, Muhammad bin Mutal Lamhiai, Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Nasab, and Muhammad bin Qaddour Al-Nasab, before his two witnesses, and a settlement was concluded between them with one sheq and eight supplies of wheat. The defendants would like it as a solution to whomever was mentioned, of which the latter would be entitled to twenty-four mithqals or even one mudd of a measure, and everyone else would be entitled to the rest of it on payment between them and in moderation before all. The aforementioned settlement was in the manner mentioned, and they concluded it and adhered to it, knowing its value, so the plaintiffs were in full, and the defendants were in a condition that was attested, and the first ones knew, he knew the last ones, and on the eighteenth of Muharram, eighty and two hundred thousand, all were settled. He worshiped his Lord Almighty and may God grant him success, Amen
